Ordering
How do I order?
For items on the regular menu, tap Add on the menu page, pick a date and send your order. For a custom cake, fill out the custom cake form and Carrie will reply with a price, usually the same day.
How much notice do you need?
At least 48 hours for items on the regular menu and at least 5 days for custom cakes.
What flavors do you make?
Cupcakes come in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and German chocolate. Mini Bundt cakes come in vanilla or red velvet. In season, look for pumpkin spice cupcakes in the fall and Mardi Gras Bundt cake.
Do you make wedding cakes or fondant cakes?
No. Carrie doesn't make wedding cakes or use fondant.
Prices and payment
How much does a custom cake cost?
Two-layer cakes start at $20 for a 6-inch that serves 8 to 10, $50 for an 8-inch that serves 18 to 20, and $60 for a 9-inch that serves 30 to 35. The final price depends on the design.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit confirms your order, and the rest is due the morning it's ready. Cash, card, Cash App, Venmo and Apple Cash are all accepted.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, 10% off for military and veterans. Check the box when you order and show your military ID, VA card or veteran ID at pickup or delivery.
Pickup, delivery and the market
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is free within 15 miles of Altus, Oklahoma. Pickup in Altus is also available, and Carrie sends pickup details when she confirms your order.
Where can I buy treats without ordering ahead?
Saturdays from 8am to 1pm at the Lawton Farmers Market, plus pop-ups and city events. @denisestreats has the dates.
Allergies
Are your treats safe for nut allergies?
The kitchen also handles nuts, eggs and soy, so treats may contain or come in contact with them.
